Cph Cocktail Academy has in so many ways ensured that the bar of the opening of our 3rd, 4th and 5th restaurant was established with great tasting cocktails and well-designed interior. Furthermore, they consistently assist us to develop our menu and team to maximize our guest experience, profit and quality.
Izumi experiences a genuine growth adventure, but they are constantly under pressure on staff, skills and time. Our task was to get the bar up and running to raise the guest experience, get the staff dressed up, to get a support system that could all be handled externally to get the bars designed, to negotiate customer agreements and supplier agreements, etc.
The seemingly extensive task required us to have full control over the entire bar at all of Izumi’s restaurants and to adjust to the level and need. Izumi has no bartenders employed, it is servants who handle all drinks and also a large part of the food presentation, so that we had to be very critical and careful about how we got screwed the bar program together.
A total outsourcing of the bar was the solution. Izumi does not currently have the headache of running the bar, we make sure that everything is ready in the bar for the waiters, and that all administration and practicality are arranged in all 5 restaurants, where we have of course adapted the menu to the local area. It has turned out to be meaningful for the long-term path for Izumi, which can focus on keeping growth and, among other things, the using us continuously improve and optimize the guest experience.
